Terms of Services
Agreements
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.
I am not responsible if you choose to not read the TOS before commissioning me as it is publicly available.
Unless stated otherwise, I have permission to stream the commission process publicly and upload WIPs+completed work to my social media.
I have the right to decline or turn away a commission at any time. If payment was sent and I feel I cannot complete the commission for any reason that falls upon me, a refund will be given.
Please credit me when using my commissioned work.
Do not file for Paypal disputes and chargebacks and agree to contact me first for refunds or corrections on your commission.
Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.
Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.
Regarding Commissions
Commission will only be started after first payment.
Normally I work on multiple commissions at a time, hence the long turnaround time. Commissions are not first come first serve.
Commission will normally take the estimated amount of time listed in commission pages/VGen, any delay in commission will be informed otherwise.
WIPs are sent via videos/pictures through Twitter/VGen/Discord DM. There will be multiple WIPs and you have the opportunity to request changes during the rigging/art process.
[FOR RIG COMMS] You can request changes during and up to 1 week after you obtain the rig. Any changes requested after 1 week will be considered however they are not a priority and may require a fee.
All rigs are tested and made for VtubeStudio tracking only.
[FOR ART COMMS] Changes requested after sketches may require a fee depending on the complexity of the changes.
Payments
Payment can be made in payment plans if requested, but the final commissioned file will only be sent after full payment is sent.
The price listed is only the base price, they may increase due to add-ons and the complexity of the character. Characters without reference picture/s will also cost more.
Strictly no refunds. Unless I cannot complete the commission due to personal reasons.
